Started young.

Carroll Street Treats began in 2013 as a hometown project in Rock Rapids, Iowa — handmade cookies, real ice cream, and a commitment to quality that hasn't changed since. What started small has grown into a two-city operation, now serving Rock Rapids and Iowa City.
We're a "for purpose" family business: 14% of every order is reinvested directly into our community. To date, that's funded 18 local Pay It Forward projects — and counting.

Founded Carroll Street Treats in 2013 and has led its growth from a hometown idea into a two-city business. Currently studying business, finance, and entrepreneurship — and plays wide receiver for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Our Treat Trailer is a mobile ice cream sandwich experience — perfect for festivals, fairs, weddings, and community gatherings. We also offer freezer rental to keep your order cold at any event.
The Carroll Street Treats Treat Trailer brings the full experience directly to you. We show up, set up, and serve your guests fresh ice cream sandwiches on the spot.
We've taken the trailer to local festivals, community events, markets, and private celebrations across Northwest Iowa and beyond. Everywhere we go, treats spread joy!
We also offer freezer rental for events where you want treats available and cold all day long — no trailer required. Just add it as an option when you place your order.
